Managed live event production for an audience of 20,000+ attendees.
Onboarded 120+ speakers and 30 performing artists annually with production logistics across 6+ stages.
Created talent onboarding strategy overseeing calendar invites for all speakers, DJs, and performers with high level event detail; arrival information, call time, soundcheck times, hotel and transportation confirmations, & contact info.
Supervised talent wranglers for each stage, ensuring a streamlined execution of run-of-show, stage script delivery, and last-minute production needs.
Ensured talent payment and accommodations were met as contracted.
Produced 20+ brand activations and client events aligned with the conference’s programming strategy. Clients included Lexus, Tito’s Handmade Vodka, Google Tech Equity Collective, Gap Inc., Nissan, Microsoft, Mastercard, and Starbucks.

Blavity House Party Music Festival
Sourced, contracted, and onboarded 34 performing artists for festival overseeing $1M talent budget while overseeing execution of all agreements.
Acted as the primary internal talent manager for artists, production teams, and festival operations staff for all performing acts, DJs, and stage hosts in festival lineup.
Led internal communications between operations, creative, marketing, and sales teams through Slack, Asana, Gmail, and team meetings ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration.
Designed and executed run-of-show schedules for two stages, overseeing artist billing alignment, backline coordination, and last-minute production adjustments.
Managed and fulfilled all travel, accommodations, technical and hospitality riders, including sourcing of backline rentals and artist AV needs while maintaining budget.

Led vendor negotiations and contract redlining for venues, F&B, decor, AV, brand merchandise, and sponsor activations.
